Fitness Qatar are always at the cutting edge of fitness training. Fitness Qatar started the first ever CrossFit gym in Qatar. CrossFit Quwwa (www.crossfitquwwa.com) was started in February 2013 and forms part of the functional fitness centre The StrongBox (www.strongboxqatar.com)
Quwwa means power or strength in Arabic and we are very proud that our name reflects both the local language and the culture of the facility
StrongBox is located in Al Waab, West Bay and a new location will open in March 2014 on The Pearl Qatar.
