Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us at FITNESS QATAR.  We don’t give your name, contact details or any other information out to third parties, and we won’t bother you with unwanted emails.  You can choose to create an account with us which will remain secure on our site and server, but if you want to shop at FITNESS QATAR without registering with us, that’s fine too.  We do automatically create a temporary account for you when you make a purchase, but that’s just so you can track your item’s order and delivery status quickly and simply.

If you sign up for an account or to receive our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time either on the automatic unsubscribe link in the emails you receive from us, or by contacting us by phone or email.

When you use the FITNESS QATAR website, just as with most websites, we collect information such as where you are accessing the site from, that links you have clicked, what you have searched for.  We use this information to maintain and improve the website and our service.

The security of our site is just as important as this also helps keep your information private.  We use up-to-date SSL security to ensure that all information on the site that you provide us with is encrypted and is not vulnerable to interception.

Our payment gateway is provided by Skrill/Moneybookers who employ a state-of-the-art security system to prevent any financial data being available to outside parties.  When you pay on the FITNESS QATAR website, you’re re-directed to their page; this is because that way, you know you’re getting the most secure option for credit card payment.  We do not store any credit card details at FITNESS QATAR; again, this is for your protection.

All users of this website agree to abide by the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws.  If you don’t agree to these terms, please don’t purchase on the site.  All terms and conditions come into effect immediately upon their publication on this site.

This website is reserved for the purchase of items for purely personal use and not for re-sale, and as such we reserve the right to refuse purchase if we believe the purchase will be used for re-sale purposes.

This website is owned by Peak Performance Fitness Qatar W.L.L. (which will also be referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’).


By using this site, you agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend the FITNESS QATAR website, its employees, directors, suppliers, and other agents engaged in the provision of service on this website, against all losses, expenses, damages and costs (including the legal fees that may result from the violation of any provisions herein) that are the result of any activity related to your account.

Items on this website do not come with a warranty and are provided ‘as is’.  Except insofar as we are liable to local law, this website disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

We list all prices and descriptions accurately to the best of our ability, but in the rare case an item is listed with an inaccurate price, FITNESS QATAR reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.  FITNESS QATAR reserves the right to edit the content of the website, including the selection and number of items sold, and we reserve the right to refuse service should we choose.

We are not liable for any interruption or delay of business, viruses or other such system failure, data corruption, or any other events beyond our control.  To the fullest extent of the law, we are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from use of the website whether direct or indirect.

Any disputes resulting from the purchase of items from this website will be referred to the relevant legal channels wherever necessary.

We do not make any warranty for the use of trademarks belonging to our affiliates, partners or suppliers.

Customer Service


Using the FITNESS QATAR website to make a credit card payment is very secure – we are linked to Skrill/Moneybookers, a UK-based company featuring the most up-to-date technology to ensure the information from you is safely encrypted.  Once you’ve completed your order on the FITNESS QATAR website (that is, once you’ve added your item(s) to the cart and given us all your shipping and billing information), you’ll be sent through safely to fill in your card details on the highly secure encrypted site of Skrill/Moneybookers. This will include your credit card type (Visa, Mastercard etc.), your name, your phone number (use the 00 international format, e.g. 0096897772400) and your date of birth.  Skrill/Moneybookers requires this information to securely verify your card details and protect against fraud. Note that the payment amount will be shown in US$, even if you have been viewing the site with another currency showing, and the charge to your card will also be made in US$.

Once you’ve filled in those details, Skrill/Moneybookers will send a verification code to your phone from their secure lines in the UK, and then ask you to enter that code into the box that appears on your screen once it’s been sent. Again, this is to add another level of security to your payment. After you’ve entered the code, Skrill/Moneybookers will automatically return you to the FITNESS QATAR website, where you’ll see a confirmation that the order has been placed and is awaiting payment. What this means is that Skrill/Moneybookers is running your card through their secure system and putting your information through a series of checks to ensure everything’s in order with the purchase.  This should only take a few minutes, after which you will receive an email confirming that your order has been confirmed and your payment has gone through.  In the email, you will see the item you’ve purchased, the amount (again, in US$), and the order number, which you can use to follow up with us later.  If you don’t receive this email within 30 minutes of placing your order, drop us a line and we’ll follow up for you.

Please note that depending on your bank and the currency of your account, your bank may apply currency exchange charges to your payment.  We charge in US$.  Bank charges are levied by your bank and are not from FITNESS QATAR.  Check with your bank whether any charges will be made from your payment on the FITNESS QATAR website.

Payment online is for your goods and the delivery, not any taxes incurred (see below).


An item is only guaranteed to have been reserved for you once the payment process is complete and has been verified by our secure payment gateway.  At this point you will receive an email confirmation and your goods or services will be processed.

When you pay for your order, you are paying for the merchandise and the delivery, but you will be liable to pay any customs duties applicable.  This will be paid on delivery in cash (in most countries), so please bear that in mind.

You are responsible for giving us the accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is there to take delivery of it.  This is why we ask for a valid phone number when you order, so the courier can contact you to make sure there is somebody who can take delivery of the order and pay the custom duties incurred.


FITNESS QATAR has a 14-day return policy to ensure you are happy with what you bought.  To make the process as smooth and simple as possible, please get in touch with us as soon as you decide you want to return or exchange your item.  We’ll send you a form to fill in, and then all you need to do is return the item to us with all the original tags and packaging, unworn and unwashed, and we’ll either exchange it for an item of your choice, email you with a credit note to be used on the site, or refund your money.

Please note that ALL packaging has to be returned to us if you wish to get a refund, exchange or credit; this includes boxes for shoes, price tags, brand tags, and any accessories that might have been included with the item (for example, a belt that came with a pair of trousers).  If items are returned without any of the above, we may charge you a fee (deducted from your refund) that will cover the re-packaging and/or re-stocking the item.  We MUST received your item within 14 days of the purchase; we will not accept returns received after that period.

When we refund the item, we do not refund any customs duties or tax charged – we will refund only the full amount paid for the item returned.  Please remember that when we send you an item as part of the exchange process, you will be liable for the customs duties again should the item cross a national border.

Credit card refunds can only be made the card originally used to purchase.

Legal ownership of an item will revert to us once your payment has been refunded.

For you to get a refund or an exchange, the item MUST be returned in brand-new condition.  So please take extra care when trying on items – things to look out for are snagging an item while trying it on; getting make-up on an item; and with shoes, please try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the soles.  When returning shoes we do need the original designer’s box back too, also undamaged, so please don’t attach any shipping labels to this box; use a separate one outside for the sending.  Underwear with a protective label must be sent back with this label in place.

If it’s an exchange that you would like, please send us an email to let us know which item you would like to exchange it for – that way we can keep that one on hold for you until your original item has been returned, so it’s guaranteed to be available for your exchange.

Any skincare, cosmetics or other personal care item that has been opened will not be accepted for exchange, credit or refund due to hygiene reasons.

If you received an item from us that was damaged or incomplete, we will pick up the item from you free of charge and replace it with another of your choice, also free of charge.  For us to offer this, please do send us an email within three days of receiving the item for it to be eligible for the above offer.

If we sent you the wrong size, style or colour, again, just let us know within three days and we’ll sort it all out for you in the same way – we’ll pick it up and send you the right one.  Please note that we cannot be responsible for a colour appearing different to the image on the website (although we will do our best to give an accurate representation), as the appearance will depend on your monitor rather than on our images.

Items bought in a sale or with a discount code are non-refundable, and are not eligible for a return or for exchange.

If you have received a gift that was purchased from us, and you wish to exchange it, you can exchange for an item of the same value, and you are liable for all additional costs such as delivery and customs duty.

Once we receive a request for a return or exchange, whether due to a damaged or incomplete order or whether the item you bought was not suitable, it does take us a few days for the refund to go through to your card – please allow 3-4 business days (Sunday – Thursday) and feel free to email us at customer service to check on this.  It might take up to 1 to 2 weeks for the entire exchange to be complete, taking into consideration delivery times as well as refunds and other adjustments.  Returns are done on a first-come first-served basis.
